We would like to introduce you to our reference facilities, which of course are all equipped with the highest quality medical training equipment from FREI medical. We start with Singapore GYM TONIC® targeted strength-training program:
Gym Tonic® (www.gymtonic.sg) is known affectionately as the “Uncle Auntie Gym” – designed especially for our seniors in Singapore. It is proven to help seniors get stronger even as they get older, through a simple fitness plan, high-tech equipment and coaches who care.
Jointly launched by Lien Foundation and PulseSync in 2015, Gym Tonic® is an evidence-based strength-training program that aims to combat frailty and sarcopenia in people over 60 years of age, helping seniors to stay strong and healthy to enjoy their golden years.
Research shown that seniors who completed Gym Tonic® program experience 20-30% improvement in muscle strength, improves walking speed and balancing.
“To date, our partner PulseSync has worked closely with over 30 eldercare providers to equip them with safe hydraulic exercise machines, measuring equipment, evidence-based assessments, and AI-driven software to help run Gym Tonic®’s structured strength training program safely and effectively. PulseSync will be working with FREI medical to rollout more Gym Tonic® senior strength training studios in Singapore and in other countries.“
